I’ll interview you together and separately, get to know your story and write a ceremony that reflects your relationship, your personalities and the atmosphere you want to create.
You’ll receive the complete script, from the first welcome to the final words, so you’ll know exactly what I’m going to say.
Your ceremony can be as traditional or as unusual as you’d like.

If you’d prefer a shorter, simpler ceremony containing many of the traditional elements of a wedding without the interviews and personalised story, this option is ideal.

I’ve witnessed ceremonies where a well-meaning friend has been left trying to play music from an uncharged phone, or where a Bluetooth speaker has crackled with interference.
My optional sound package takes that worry away.

Every person is different. Every family is different. Every service I create is different.
Funeral ceremoniesMy fees cover ceremonies in Exeter and across East, Mid and South Devon. There’s a £75 travel surcharge for North Devon, and if you’re planning something further afield I’ll give you a free, bespoke quote before we go any further.
A £200 deposit secures your date. The balance is due 30 days before your ceremony, or in full when you book if the ceremony is less than 30 days away. The deposit is non-refundable, and you’ll get my full terms with your booking form.
Your legal marriage is separate, so you’ll also need to budget for the register office fees. I’ve explained these on The Legal Bit page.
